The role of reading in our life is hard to overestimate. It becomes clear if you think about this problem carefully. Below are just a few examples showing that without reading our life would be simply impossible.

One more reason to read much is that reading is an awesome helper in learning foreign languages. Yes, if you want to sound natural, you should see how native speakers use their language. One of the best ways to do so is to read and see language in action. If you come across a word or a grammar construction which you do not know, you can put that new information down in your notebook, reread the unclear fragment and analyze it on your own or with your teacher.

Finally, reading gives you unlimited opportunities to boost your mind. When you read, your memory improves, your attention becomes better and your imagination starts to develop very fast.

To sum up, reading is an essential part of our life. It is a way to obtain information, get a lot of pleasure, improve your literacy, widen your horizons and boost your personality in general.
