It would be better to have only one language on our planet + letter (Сочинения ЕГЭ английский язык)

IIt is not a secret, that nowadays learning foreign languages is becoming a matter of importance and requires time and efforts.

ut some people are sure that it would be much convenient to have only one language on our planet, while others disagree. Let me express my point of view.

In my opinion, it is unreasonable to have only one language, because such changes can lead to disappearance of cultural identity of each country.

esides, we won’t be able to admire the variety of local customs, songs and proverbs.

However, other people consider that the variety of languages in the world causes a number of difficulties and inconveniences. They say, that the process of learning itself takes a lot of time, money and efforts.

I strongly disagree with this point of view, because firstly we already have one worldwide spoken language, English. Pupils in all countries learn essential English, which gives an opportunity to speak to different people and modern gadgets make this communication much easier.

To sum up, I should say, that linguistic diversity brings a plenty of bright emotions and feelings to our life.

Moreover, this fact encourages people to broaden their knowledge and open new cultural horizons.

Dear Sheryl,

Thank you for your letter. I was good to hear from you again.

Well, you asked me about hobbies. As for me my favorite hobby it is drawing. I have been doing it since my childhood. Unfortunately, I don’t have enough time for my hobby, because of my coming exams.

ut I certainly enjoy a couple of hours for it every weekend. To tell the truth,

ussian teenagers have lots of hobbies: riding a bike, singing, dancing and doing any sport. I would also like to try dancing, especially breakdance in a group. Guess what, I am crazy about modern dancing.

So are you going to the seaside in summer? Whom would you like to go to the sea with? Where are you going to spend your summer holidays?
