The best way to learn English is by watching films (Сочинения ЕГЭ английский язык)

However, other people believe that watching movies is a waste of time learning the English language.

Nonetheless, I cannot agree with them because it is useful for everyone who learns languages. Also, the person still learns words, constructions, grammar and analyzes even without basic knowledge of the language.
