Lots of people believe that the invention of the car changed the world for the better. However, some people think that our world would be better without cars. (Сочинения ЕГЭ английский язык)

The modern world is unimaginable without cars. However, there is a discussion about their use for our society. Some people claim that it is the best invention created for human’s needs, while others believe that transport has more disadvantages than benefits and has made our world worse.

From my point of view, cars became an integral part of our lives we cannot do without. First of all, automobiles help people to save time on the way to their jobs.

It is very important in our fast-developing world. In addition, transport enables people to travel long distances, strengthens bounds between countries, nationalities, cultures. Moreover, it is useful in economics.

However, there is another point of view too. Many people say that cars are the worst thing that the humanity has ever invented. They are concerned about the increasing amount of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere which are caused by transport fumes.

To a certain extent, it is right. Many environmental problems are created by cars, but we should not forget that the technology is scaling new heights and scientists and engineers have already invented electro automobiles.

Taking into consideration all mentioned above, I still strongly believe that cars have many advantages. Although now they are harmful to the environment, I am sure that in the near future all kinds of transport will become eco-friendly.
