My project, which I am still working on, is aimed at finding out what measures the people take to keep fit in Zetland. I have found some data on this issue presented in the bar chart. According to the bar chart, running appears to be the most preferred option, with 62% of the respondents displaying a strong interest in it. On the contrary, the least appealing choice is reducing the amount of consumed junk food. It was named by 10, 6% of those questioned, making it pale into significance. It is noteworthy that quite an overwhelming quantity of those surveyed votes in favour of regular check-ups (57, 8%), which is almost twice as many as the figure for drinking enough water (34, 8%). Moreover, figures for drinking enough water (34, 8%) and avoiding stress (46, 8%) exhibit broadly the same pattern, although there is a minor difference which stands at 12%. Interestingly, there is one problem that can be connected with keeping fit and healthy. People who are willing to do sports do not usually develop expertise in this area. As a result, they cannot plan their own workouts properly, and it may lead to aching muscles and sports injuries. However, there is an evident solution to this problem. People might go to a gym and be provided with services of a trainer who can assist them during their trainings. Therefore, it may prevent people from being injured. In conclusion, I am convinced that keeping fit is essential and vital in human life. Not only does it increase life expectancy, but also it improves quality of life.
