It’s better to buy your own flat rather than to rent one пример (Сочинения ЕГЭ английский язык)

Home is an essential part of a person's life. Some people prefer to spend their money on buying own house. On the other hand, there is an opposite opinion that there is no need in buying an apartment when one can always lease a flat at a cheap price. Now I would like to express my point of view on this issue.

In my opinion, it is better to buy your own flat. Firstly, when a person has own house, one is independent of a renter. Individuals should not go to another person every month, pay him money, and report on their own actions. Secondly, in one's own house, no one can evict the owner from there. However, if a person rents an apartment, he can be deprived of his home at any time by a renter, consequently buying the house is safer than renting one.

However, some people are sure that paying for a flat every month is better than buying it at once. They consider that a person who rents the house is free because one always can move to live in another city or change the apartment if the neighbours are noisy.

Nevertheless, I disagree with their opinion. The person who has his own home always can sell it and buy a different house in another area or city like a man who rents the house, therefore their opinion is not correct.

To sum up, I would like to say that It is better to buy your own flat rather than to rent one, because buying has more advantages, in my opinion.
