Thank you for your recent letters. I’m glad to receive your letter again. Sorry, I didn’t write you because I was busy with my exams.

You asked me interesting questions and I’m ready to answer them. To keep fit I exercise every day and don't eat fast food. I think that it’s better to exercise as a group because you are motivated this way.

It’s difficult to exercise on your own because you always have something that distracts you. As for the third question, I think that it’s important to have an instructor because he or she knows better what exercise you should do and how do them correctly.

As I know, your brother’s book was published. What is the name of the book? How many pages does it have? What is the book about?

Sorry, my mum asks me to help my brother with his homework.

There is a controversial topic about studying languages. Some people think that a person can become fluent in a foreign language only in the case, he or she studies it in the native speaking country. But at the same time, others believe that people can do it being at home.

I hold the view that if a person wants to speak a foreign language like a native speaker, he or she should study it abroad. Firstly, if a person is abroad, he or she hears how natives speak. Therefore, this person learns to speak with correct pronunciation. Secondly, people have a lot of opportunities to practice a language being in the native speaking country. They can make friends, find native teachers, so on.

Despite that, there is an opposite point of view. My opponents insist that it is not necessary to study a language abroad if a person wants to master it. For example, it is possible to find native speakers using the Internet. People can ask them for help with practising a language and start to speak like natives.

I am afraid, I can deny this argument. It is difficult to find a native speaker for long-term communication. Most of the natives disappear next day after meeting. But when people meet each other in real life this relationship lasts a long time.

To sum up, I want to say that although there are different points of view on this topic, I think that people can become fluent in a language if they study it in the native speaking environment.
