Social media interaction is important for modern teenagers (example) (Сочинения ЕГЭ английский язык)

To my mind, I tend to agree with the former for two main reasons. The first one is the fact that social media has a big role to play in all interactions of teenagers with the public as it is a way for them to stay in touch with their friends through different messaging services no matter where they are and how far they are from each other. According to the second reason, social media applications are great platforms for expressing themselves by sharing their thoughts on blogs, articles, drawings, photos and other feed like that.

However, there are people who think differently. They claim that using social media is harmful for teenagers’ health. In addition, they say that social media communication can disconnect children from the real world.

I partly agree with this opinion but I believe that using the Internet can be useful and relevant for young people as it can help them find themselves, develop better social skills, feel less alone and isolated and improve their self-esteem.

In conclusion, social media interaction is really important and significant for modern teenagers.

I believe that due to the Internet they are given a wonderful opportunity to be socially connected almost with the whole world and nowadays online environment helps them greatly.
