Nowadays, the problem of selecting forbearing and talent in occupation causes great argument and controversy. Some people believe that discipline is predominant in doing any occupation while others think that ability is more important. Who is right?

In my opinion, discipline is a key to success. Firstly, gradual improvement. The notion of "discipline" involves purposefulness. Step by step, disciplined people will attain any goal. Secondly, the acquisition of skills. By sustainable doing the same thing, any knowledge will be permeated anyway.

However, there exists another point of view on this issue. Firstly, playing a significant role. Some people assert that there is no result without having a gift. Secondly, being given by nature.

There is an opinion that some skills cannot be learnt like singing or drawing.

Despite my respect for this opinion, I cannot share it because a person is able to achieve every goal by hard work. People possess the power to change their lives.

In conclusion, I would like to say that the problem of choosing between talent and discipline is still to be discussed. It is up to everybody to decide what they want to do in this life.
