There has always been much controversy as to whether people should often change their jobs or not. Many people think that it is better to switch them frequently, whereas others disagree with this point of view.

In my opinion, having a job for a long period of time can benefit people. Firstly, those who are working for one company receive more income than others because they are trusted employees.

Secondly, these people have an opportunity to know about their jobs in detail. Hence, they have a chance to become true professionals. Finally, workers staying in one company for a long time are more creative, productive, and show the best results.

However, there are those who think that switching jobs regularly has a positive effect on people’s life. According to their opinion, workers usually want to develop their skills and abilities. Therefore, if their jobs do not give them an opportunity to do it, people will look for a new one. Additionally, it is a chance to get a higher salary with more comfortable working environment.

Despite this, I do not agree with these statements. Today most employers have a negative and prejudiced attitude to people switching working places too often. Besides, lack of financial stability can ruin family, self-confidence and relations.

In conclusion, even though there are different points of view on this problem, I believe that people can benefit greatly from staying in one place for a long time.

To say honestly, i think that it is a great idea to people.
