Some people think that e-learning is a good alternative to attending classes. (Сочинения ЕГЭ английский язык)

Nowadays people are getting more and more concerned about distant learning. Some people are convinced that distant learning can be a perfect alternative to attending classes. Others suppose that online education cannot be an alternative to traditional one at all. I would like to express my point of view on this problem.

As far as I am concerned, e-learning can be a good alternative to attending classes. First of all, distant education is much more flexible than the traditional one, due to the fact that you choose your own schedule, which is suitable for you, if you study online.

Furthermore, online learning is very suitable for people, living in remote areas of our country. For instance, if you live in a village, you will waste a lot of time commuting from your village to the university.

However, there are those who claim that e-learning cannot be an alternative to attending classes. They suppose that traditional education is much more effective than e-learning, because distant education does not provide a direct verbal contact with a tutor.

Nevertheless, they fail to consider the fact that e-learning provides a verbal contact as well as traditional education, as if you study online, you can see and hear your tutor using a special program for video calls.

All in all, I strongly believe that distant education can be a good alternative to traditional one. Yet, I must admit that attending classes cannot be replaced by e-learning.
