Popular holliday destinations in Russia (Сочинения ЕГЭ английский язык)

It goes without saying that many people like travelling. Thanks to it people learn a lot about new places and get an unforgettable experience. I am currently working on an important project to find out what are the most popular holiday destinations in Russia. I have found some useful statistics for my project in the form of a table, to help give my opinion on the subject.

In brief, the table shows the popularity of each Russian destination, in percentage. According to the data, Sochi is the most popular, having 39% of people choosing it. Notably, 26% of of those surveyed choose Crimea. Moscow has the lowest popularity rating with just 9% of the respondents selecting it.

Moreover, the information in the table shows the difference between these popular holiday destinations.

Kamchatka is a great deal more popular than St. Petersburg, having a 15% popularity rating, against only 11%. It is hence reasonable to assume that travellers prefer places near the sea for their holidays.

It is important to note that the statistics point to an underlying problem. As Sochi is the most popular holiday destination, it is clear that there are a lot of traffic jams because of tourists. However, the problem can be solved if people will use a public transport.

In conclusion, I believe that there are a lot of beautiful places in Russia. People can find different landscapes to their liking. But they also should remember that travelling can be better if people respect each other and follow the rules.
