Complaint on hotel (Школьные сочинения)

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to you to complain about the service in the ‘Dalhousie Tegredy Farm’.

First of all, I wish to bring your attention to the problem which arose due to the carelessness of the service personnel. When I checked into the room there was a dirty bedspread, the garbage was not taken out and the mirror in the bathroom was broken. I asked the administrator to solve this problem, but he said, that the cleaners were busy and refused to move me to another room. I had no choice, but to stay in this room. As I talked to other residents, I realized, that I got lucky to have amenities in my room and not outdoors.

Secondly, I would like to express my displeasure about the sea fishing and freshly caught seafood at the dinner. While I was walking along the seashore, I saw a dead fish in the water. I talked to other guests of the hotel and they confirmed seeing dead sea animals during the fishing, walking by the seashore, and swimming.

Nevertheless, the administrator said that all the fish in the sea in fresh and healthy. The idea that this fish could be served for the dinner frightens all the guests. Moreover, that fish did not look well, its eyes were red, its mouth was covered with foam and there was blood on its tail, scales, and fins. It could not die its own death, so the water must have been poisoned.

Though, if fish got sick in this sea, then why could not some 'Dalhousie Tegredy Farm' visitors get poisoned? Does that mean, everyone has to see a doctor in the clinic after spending a few days in your hotel? That is not what people expect to get during their holidays.

After all, I have to mention, that this hotel has nothing similar to the photos on the website. There are no promised palms and flowers, but only rusty pipes all around the garden.

I assume we can sort this matter out amicably. I hope to get the compensation in the sum of two thousand dollars. I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem, that I had in ‘Dalhousie Tegredy Farm’.
