As a matter of fact, a lot of people in the world want to have a good job. Some of them claim that high income is the main factor in every job, while others keep to an opposite view.

In my opinion, there are several factors in choosing a job which is more important than a high salary. To begin with, it is really significant to get pleasure from a job. A person who really enjoys doing his work is the most efficient and hard-working employee. In addition, it is also important to choose a job which suits a person according to his skills, as it is a factor which helps to avoid problems while working.

On the contrary, there are some people who consider differently. From their point of view, money is the most essential thing for a successful employee.

A well-paid job can afford a person to support his family, give children a good education, and travel abroad, which makes one’s life more enjoyable and pleasant.

I do not agree with the above-mentioned opinion. In most cases, only people who really enjoy doing their work have more opportunities to become qualified employee and get a high income. If a person does not like his job, he will not get any profit.

To draw a conclusion, should be observed that a good salary is not the most important thing in choosing a job. Actually, people who are satisfied with their job are the happiest and most successful people in the world.
