Nowadays the issue of a career choice is very acute, especially among teenagers. Some people believe that career decisions should be made at an early age, while others are sure that one should take some time and think it over.

Personally, I think that the sooner you choose your future career, the more chances you have to become successful in the future. First of all, early career decision saves you time for purpose-oriented study and practice. It’s common knowledge that the more practical and theoretical knowledge you gain, the better and more competitive you become. As a result, you can get started with working earlier and get more professional experience, which is a serious advantage.

However, there are people who consider that there is no interdependence of an early choice of a career path and success.

They express the opinion that success is achievable at any age in case a person has a strong willpower.

As for me, I don’t agree with them. I believe that people lose chances and the range of opportunities decreases significantly while a young man just loses time without any input into his professional education.

In summary, it is extremely important to opt for a job in advance in order to use time wisely and rationally. With the time opportunities squeeze through fingers in case you haven’t caught your lucky star in our highly competitive and permanently changing world of today.
