There is no doubt that fashion has a huge influence on one’s live. It is a term for popular styles, and this is especially with clothing, shoes and all kinds of accessories too. Some people think that following trends is senseless, whereas others do not agree with them.

In my opinion, fashion is just a loss of time and finances. First of all, trends do not last and change constantly and not every person has time to keep up with them. He or she probably has a lot of things that more important than chasing trends, for example, studying or working. Moreover, it is really expensive. Trending items are costlier than usual things and people might spend money on something that may not be necessary. For instance, a trendy person always buys new stuff after his or her old clothes become obsolete.

As a result, they spend plenty of money on it.

However, some people think that following shopping trends has many advantages. They say that fashion items can make a person happier and more confident.

Nevertheless, I cannot agree with this opinion. I think that if one buy clothes only because they are on-trend, they cannot make them happy. Also, if a person wears what makes him or her joyful, they will feel good about themselves.

To sum up, I strongly believe that it is not necessary to follow latest fashion trends to look good. Time and money could be better spent on other things.
