Friends in my life (Школьные сочинения)

Friends are important – they give us a feeling of belonging, bring fun and laughter, lend an extra hand, offer emotional support, and give guidance when you need it. And, whether you realize it or not, their influence goes well beyond the moment. Your close friendships help to shape the course of your life. The people on the pictures somehow influenced on the course of my life.

The person on the first picture is my best friend whose name is Alexey. We met each other in the elementary school and since that time we have been best friends. His talent and creativity always inspired me. As you can see, he’s a very creative person, he likes to draw, to create masks from scratch, to record videos and then edit them and post them on his YouTube channel. I learned a lot from him and he also participated in the decision-making process concerning my life.

The next person’s name is Dima, we got acquainted in the college in 2014 and are still good friends. Dima is a bookworm, that’s why the main influence that he did on me is that he developed a passion for books and reading. He also was the first who brought me to the gym and taught me different techniques of performing the exercises. This particular photo was made after the first workout we did together, that is why it’s so important.

Max, the person on the left side of the photo, worked as a bartender when we met. He invited me to work in the restaurant during summer vacation and taught a lot of things like making cocktails, serving dishes and so on.

When I entered the doors of our university, I first of all was introduced to my roommates: Rasul and Anton. These people also influenced on me a lot. For example, Rasul’s passion for playing guitar made me buy my own musical instrument: a synthesizer. I started learning the rudiments of music and try playing something. Though it didn’t last long, it was a great experience. My next roommate, Anton, was also a person of creativity. As you can see, he gave lessons to children and the way he prepared the lessons itself also inspired me to use more audio and visual materials in my own lessons. Though they already graduated, we are still in contact with each other.

And the last but not the least is Karina. We also met in the university and the main thing she inspired me to do is to sign up for international internship in China.

Though the internship itself didn’t happen because of the coronavirus stuff, I am glad that she motivated me and showed that everything is possible.
