People think that learning foreign languages is a waste of time and money (Сочинения ЕГЭ английский язык)

Some people say that learning a foreign idiom is useless, eating up your precious time and negatively affecting your budget. However, others claim that language learning is beneficial in many ways. Now I would like to express my point of view regarding this issue.
As far as I'm concerned, languages open a whole new realm of possibilities. Firstly, knowing a language at a certain level allows you to get to know new people from all over the world, thus letting you practise your speaking, listening, reading and writing skills. Secondly, it is scientifically proved that foreign language learning improves brain capability in many aspects, preventing the brain from getting old too fast.
Nevertheless, some people reckon that foreign idioms are not worth learning. First of all, they believe that too much money needs to be spent to learn a language effectively.
Moreover, as they say, languages are not for everyone, there should be an innate talent for that kind of things.
None of these arguments seems convincing to me. If you yearn to learn a new language, you won't need money, because the internet is already a great resource with an infinite amount of books, videos and podcasts you can use for studying. Besides, everyone can learn a language. Being motivated, setting realistic goals and feeling supported by your family and friends would be a great way to start this long journey.
Taking everything into account, I would say that languages are useful and rather easy to learn if you know what you want and try to take steps towards your goals every day.
