Graffiti is an art form that should be respected and admired (Сочинения ЕГЭ английский язык)

Nowadays there are different points of view on the value of the street art. Some people think that graffiti should be admired and respected. Others, on the contrary, claim that this art form is useless or even harmful and disapprove it. Let me express my own opinion.

To my mind, graffiti should be regarded as a real art. First of all, it makes our surrounding brighter and more diverse. A lot of buildings and even towns and cities would have been dull and boring, if there had not been any graffiti. Moreover, this type of art allows to depict and memorize important cultural and historical moments in people's lives. Also graffiti is valuable for personality. Everyone can show his talents or express his feelings and emotions by street art.

However, there are people who have the opposing opinion.

They find obscene words and pictures painted on the buildings' walls disgusting. What is more, according to them, graffiti damages to the private and public property.

Nevertheless, I disagree with these statements. I believe that the art is subjective, so people understand works art differently. Also graffiti cannot be considered as a crime, because street artists often get permission to create paintings on the buildings' walls.

In conclusion, I would like to say that people should understand and accept graffiti as a part of modern art. And I strongly believe that people will learn to get pleasure from the street art.
