Doing sport is essential for teenagers + Письмо (Сочинения ЕГЭ английский язык)

I strongly believe that sport activities are extremely important for teenagers because they have numerous benefits. To start with, sport forms various qualities which are very valuable for a teenager. In other words, doing sport helps to improve and acquire such characteristics as self-confidence, tenacity and discipline. Secondly, sport activities allow a teenager to keep fit. To develop his or her body and to prevent illnesses. Namely, doing sport can result in persistent immunity and help to develop and follow healthy lifestyle for the entire life.

On the contrary, every medal has its reverse. Some opponents may mention that sport is not essential due to some reasons. First of all, sport is a very dangerous kind of activity.

In other words, the risk of getting teenagers injured is very high. Broken arms and legs, twisted ankles and wrists is a tragic reality for all, who does sport.

I can not fully agree with the above mentioned opinion. Physical therapy decrease all the risks of getting injures to a zero and makes sport trainings completely safe.

All in all, despite of all the negative sides of doing sport for a youngsters I am still convinced that it is significantly essential for young people.
